The Body Mechanics Program helps stop that and brings your energy back. Controlled, smart movement can help stop those sore joints you feel in the morning. We first introduce body weight exercises to build your core and then progress to weighted, more athletic movements.
After surgery to fix my broken neck, I had pain and stiffness for a long time. I found out that not moving my body enough made things worse. By following a step-by-step plan, I was able to walk again and get back to working out.
